Main Object Clause of an entity having business of lightning and fixtures

1. To carry on the business to undertake contract for erection, installation of all kinds of lighting equipments like lamps, bulbs, wires, cables, chokes, starters, ignitions, lamp holders, fittings, hardwares, insulators luminaries, shopfits and other like accessories and to carry on the business of electric contractors & electricians.

2. To carry on the business as manufactures, producers, processors, makers, convectors, assemblers, importers, exporters, traders, buyers, resellers, wholesellers, suppliers, indenters, stockiest agents, merchants, distributors, dealers, consignors, jobbers, brokers, in all kind of lighting equipments, electrical and electronic appliances and devices, fittings, wires cables, chokes, lamps, lampholders, chandeliers, bulbs, hardwares, insulators luminaries,  shopfits, and other  equipments  and accessories used in lighting.
