1. To carry on the business of cultivating: growing, breeding, producing, manufacturing, collecting, buying, processing, drying, storing, dealing, distributing, marketing and selling of Certified Seeds of all kinds and varieties and coming under the purview of Seeds Act and to undertake cultivation, production, manufacture, collection, cleaning, processing, drying, storing, dealing, distribution, marketing and sale at quality hybrids and seeds of all kinds and varieties To install, manage and operate processing plants and seed storage facilities.

2. To carry on the business of to undertake and promote research and development in agriculture, pharmaceuticals, speciallity chemicals, bio-science in general and growing, breeding, producing, manufacturing, preserving and storage of seeds of all kinds and varieties and in particular either on its own or in collaboration with any other agency or institution or company or individual or association of persons. 

3. To carry on the business of oil seeds and other seeds, edible oil, industrial oil, plant food, forestry plantation and sale of biotechnology

1. 2. To carry on the business of establishing, developing, leasing, managing, operating and running of medical service centres such as nursing care homes, hospitals, polyclinics, health resorts, health clubs, in-patient and out-patient wards, laboratories, scanning, diagnostic and other medical amenity centres, therapy units, theatres and allied consultation cells.

3. To undertake clinical and cell molecular biology, stem cells and genetic related research activities, establish well equipped laboratory, undertake drug and diagnostic discovery research activities including but not limited to genetic and expression based target validation and identification, bio marker discovery and assay optimization, pharmacogenomic studies, bio informatics, pre-clinical evaluations, clinical trials, post marketing clinical research and tool development and carry on advanced medical imaging in the field of oncology, cardiology, neurology and other related fields, analytical experimental research analysis and testing, development and other work or undertaking in relation to medical diagnosis

3. To cultivate, plant, purchase, sell, trade, or otherwise deal in food stuff such as cereals sugarcane, sugar beet, vegetable and flower seeds, oil seeds, tea, coffee, cocoa, cinchona, rubber flex, hemp, cotton, silk, art silk, grass, timber wood, bamboo, straw,  seeds fruits and other articles that are the produce of land and to sell purchase, trade and deal in the same as principals or agents, solely or with partnership with other. 

4. To promote, develop, execute, operate and otherwise carry on projects, schemes, industries, business and activities which in the opinion of the Company is likely to:

i. accelerate and increase agricultural production;

ii. contribute to the production of subsidiary and supplementary food;

iii. increase the availability of supplies of food whether principal, ancillary, supplementary or substitute.

5. To apply for purchase or otherwise acquire and obtain any patents, inventions, licenses,  permissions, concessions, processors, and the like conferring any exclusive or limited right (either in point of time or otherwise) to use the same or any secret or other information as to any invention which may seem capable of being used for any purpose of the Company and to use, exercise develop or grant licenses in respect of or otherwise turn to account any such patents, inventions, licenses, permissions, concessions, processes and the information so acquired.
