1.To carry on business as manufacturers, exporters, importers, contractors, sub-contractors, sellers, buyers, lessors or lessee and agents for Wind Electric Generators and turbines, hydro turbines, thermal turbines, solar modules, and all types of renewable energy systems like solar, biomass, solid wastes, by-product gases and various components and parts thereof including but not limited to Rotor blade sets, Braking systems, Towers, Nacelle, Control Unit, Generators, etc., and to set up Wind Farms for the Company and / or for others either singly or jointly and also to generate, acquire by purchase in bulk, accumulate, sell, distribute and supply electricity and other form of power and to provide consultancy and management services in respect of any of the above activities.

Main Object Clause of an entity having business of Technical consultancy (For Example: Power Mech Projects Limited)

1.To carry on the business of providing technical consultancy services and undertake erection, maintenance overhauling and life extension programs of various gas, thermal, hydro, solar, wind, nuclear and all types of power plants of various capacities and to manufacture, deal and trade in the spares, components and equipment used in these types of power stations.

2. To carry on the business of generating power by conventional and non-conventional methods including accumulating, distributing and supplying energy from sunlight using solar, wind or other related equipments and from other non-conventional and renewable sources of energy or connected with any other form of energy including without limitation to heat, wind, solar, hydro, wave, tidal, geo-thermal, nuclear and bio-mass and to generate, buy, sell, supply, exchange, distribute, deal in and share the energy to Governments, companies, industrial units, State electricity boards, for its own use or distribution or otherwise to other types of consumers of energy according to the Law for the time being in force.

1. To carry on the business to generate, harness, develop, accumulate and supply electricity by setting up power plants by use of wind, Hydel, biomass, woody waste, solar, steam, fossil fuels, coal or tidal energy for the purpose of light, heat, motive power and for which electric energy can be employed and to transmit, distribute, and supply such power either for captive use or to sell, supply, transmit to State/Central Electricity Boards, to industries and to other consumers of electricity.

2. To carry on the business of electric power, light, and supply of power in all branches and in particular to Construct, establish, fix, carryout and run all necessary power stations, workshops, sub- stations, transmission lines, cables, wires, accumulators and works to generate, accumulate and supply electricity to industries and State, or Central Government Board or Local Bodies. And to enter into any contract with Government of India or State Government or Local bodies or corporate bodies or individuals for the construction, maintenance of power plants any kind for the production, transmission of captive use of electricity.

3. To carry on the business establish captive power plants on a co-operative basis for a group of industrial and other consumers and supply power to the participants in the co-operative effort either directly through transmission lines of the State Electricity Boards or other authorities by entering into appropriate arrangements and to carry on the business of generators, exporters, importers, contractors, sub-contractors, sellers, buyers and agents for renewable energy systems like solar, biomass, solid wastes, by-product gases and components thereof.
